STORE HOURS
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
- We are closed on all statutory holidays.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.
- Custom-built bikes and special-order parts are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

WARRANTY
- All new bicycles include a 2-year warranty on the frame and fork.
- Components (drivetrain, brakes, wheels) carry a 1-year warranty.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only — it does not cover normal wear, crash damage, or improper assembly by third parties.

SERVICING & REPAIRS
- Standard tune-ups are completed within 3 business days.
- Every new bike purchase includes one free tune-up within the first 6 months.
- We service all major brands, whether or not the bike was purchased from us.
- Drop-off is available during all store hours; no appointment needed.

SHIPPING
- Free local delivery within 15 km on orders over $150.
- Standard shipping across Canada is a flat $20; orders over $300 ship free.
- We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
- Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day.

PRICE MATCHING
- We match the advertised price of any identical in-stock item from a Canadian competitor.
- Price matches must be requested at the time of purchase and require proof of the competitor's price.
