What we'd build — and what we already have.
Instead of a wall of logos, here's something more useful: the actual problems we solve and the way we approach them. The scenarios below are illustrative — drawn from what small businesses ask us about every week. The demos are real, working tools we built — try the live one for yourself.

One scenario per service layer. Each card is clearly labelled — these are how we'd approach a common problem, not claimed past work.
The contractor who quotes at 11pm
The situation
A trades or home-services business wins work by quoting fast, but quotes get built manually in the evening — copy-pasting line items, looking up pricing, formatting a PDF, chasing the signature, then re-typing it all into the accounting tool. Slow quotes lose jobs; double entry creates errors.
What we'd build
A quote-to-invoice pipeline: a simple internal form generates a branded PDF quote, sends it for e-signature, and on acceptance auto-creates the invoice and the job record — no re-typing. Follow-up reminders fire automatically if a quote goes cold.
Impact
Cuts quote turnaround from "tonight" to minutes and removes one full layer of double entry.

The support inbox that answers itself (correctly)
The situation
A small retailer or clinic gets the same 20 questions all day — hours, return policy, "do you have X in stock," booking changes. A generic chatbot makes things worse because it confidently invents answers it doesn't actually know.
What we'd build
An assistant grounded only in the business's own content — policies, product catalogue, hours, FAQs. It answers from that source, hands off to a human when it's unsure rather than guessing, and logs every question so the business sees what customers actually ask.
Impact
Deflects routine questions around the clock while keeping answers accurate, because it can't answer outside its sources.
Illustrative estimate.
The business run on twelve spreadsheets
The situation
A growing service business coordinates jobs, staff, and clients across a tangle of shared spreadsheets. Nobody's sure which version is current, two people edit the same row, and reporting means a manual copy-paste every Friday.
What we'd build
A lightweight internal dashboard built around their real workflow: jobs and their status, who's assigned, client history, and a live view of what's happening this week — replacing the spreadsheet sprawl with one source of truth, with role-based access.
Impact
Ends version chaos and double edits; turns Friday's manual report into a live view.
Illustrative estimate.
When a sale creates three hours of work
The situation
A small brand sells on Shopify, but inventory lives in a spreadsheet, fulfillment is manual, and selling across the border means messy currency and tax handling. Every order kicks off manual reconciliation, and oversells happen.
What we'd build
Connect the storefront to inventory and fulfillment so stock counts stay accurate and orders flow straight to the back office. Add clean multi-currency and cross-border handling so US orders don't require manual fixes.
Impact
Removes the per-order manual work and the oversell risk; makes cross-border selling routine.
Illustrative estimate.
A site that's the front door, not a brochure
The situation
A local business has a slow, dated site that does nothing but exist. It doesn't book appointments, capture leads, or connect to anything — so it generates no business.
What we'd build
A fast, mobile-first site that actually converts: clear offer, real calls-to-action, a booking or lead form that drops straight into the CRM, and SEO foundations from day one — built to plug into the automation and tools behind it.
Impact
Turns a static brochure into a lead-and-booking engine that feeds the rest of the stack.
Illustrative estimate.
Live Demos
Real artifacts built by Valtrun — try them yourself.
Ask the Handbook
A support assistant that answers only from a business's own documents — and admits when it doesn't know.
What it shows
Load a sample policy/FAQ doc; ask questions; watch it answer from the source and decline to guess when the answer isn't there. This is Scenario 02, made clickable.
Quote-to-Invoice
Fill a quick form, get a branded quote PDF, and watch the invoice and follow-up generate automatically.
What it shows
A working slice of Scenario 01 — input to formatted output to next-step automation, end to end.
