Which TMS do you work with?
If your TMS has an API or accepts imports, we can usually connect to it directly. If not, we work through the email or spreadsheets it already reads. We confirm this on the free call, before you spend anything.
What happens when the AI misreads something?
Every field is checked against the load in your TMS. Anything that does not match, or that the AI is unsure of, goes to a person with the problem highlighted. Nothing is posted on the AI's word alone.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. We use business AI accounts whose terms exclude training on your data, and everything we build runs in your own accounts.
Do we have to change how we work?
No. The automation fits around your current process and tools. Your team keys in fewer documents and checks a short queue of exceptions.
How much does it cost?
The Audit is $750, credited to the Build if you go ahead. The Build is a fixed quote based on what the Audit finds. Keeping it running starts at $350 a month, with no minimum term. All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus HST.
