Keep more renewals, write more policies.
Renewals at risk spotted months ahead. Clients with one policy offered the next. And applications, quote comparisons and certificates prepared for your brokers, so they spend their time advising and selling. Your brokers stay in charge of the advice.
Built for
- Independent brokerages
- Commercial lines teams
- Personal lines teams
- Managing general agents
Every policy means typing it twice.
Renewals that walk
Clients shop around at renewal, and the first sign is often a cancellation. Nobody has time to review hundreds of renewals early enough to call the ones at risk.
Rekeying applications
Client details arrive by email, PDF and phone, then get typed into your broker management system and again into each insurer's portal.
Comparing quotes by hand
Quotes come back from several insurers in different layouts. Someone lines up premiums, deductibles, limits and exclusions in a spreadsheet before the client sees anything.
Certificates and small changes
Requests for certificates of insurance and minor policy changes arrive all day. Each one is simple; together they are a full-time job.
What we take on first.
Five jobs that pay back fastest for most brokerages: two that keep and grow your book, and three that give your brokers their time back. The Audit tells you which comes first for you.
Renewals reviewed early
Every renewal checked 60–90 days out against last year: premium changes, claims and changes in the client's business flagged, and the clients at risk listed for a broker to call.
The next policy for each client
Gaps in cover spotted from what each client already holds, such as a home policy but no auto, or a business with no cyber cover, with a note drafted for the broker to follow up.
Application intake
Client details read from emails, forms and documents, checked for gaps and entered into your broker management system, with a request for anything missing drafted for the broker to send.
Quote comparison
Quotes from each insurer read into one side-by-side comparison of premiums, deductibles, limits and key exclusions, ready for the broker to review before it goes to the client.
Certificate requests
Certificate of insurance requests read, checked against the policy on file and prepared for a broker to approve and send.
Your brokers stay in charge.
Drafts, not decisions
The AI reads and prepares. Every comparison, renewal and certificate is checked by one of your brokers before a client sees it.
Client data stays yours
Everything runs in your own accounts, on business AI services that do not train on your data, with access limited to the people who need it.
Measured before go-live
We test on your own past files and show you the accuracy before anything reaches your system.
Inside the tools you use
It works with your broker management system, inboxes and insurer documents. No new platform for your team to learn.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
You can, for one document at a time. Here is what changes when it has to handle every file, with client data involved.

Which broker management systems do you work with?
If your system has an API or accepts imports, we can usually connect to it. Where it does not, we prepare the data so your team can bring it in with one step. We confirm yours on the free call, before you spend anything.
Does the AI give advice to clients?
No. It reads, compares and drafts. Advice, and anything sent to a client, stays with your brokers.
How is client information protected?
We use business AI services whose terms exclude training on your data, keep everything in your own accounts and limit access to the people who need it. We work through your privacy requirements during the Audit.
Do we have to change how we work?
No. The automation fits around your current process and systems. Your brokers spend less time typing and more time with clients.
How much does it cost?
The Audit is $750, credited to the Build if you go ahead. The Build is a fixed quote based on what the Audit finds. Keeping it running starts at $350 a month, with no minimum term. All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus HST.
Is this worth it for a small brokerage?
Usually, if your team spends more than a few hours a week rekeying, comparing quotes or preparing renewals. If not, we will tell you so on the free call.
Tell us which renewals you worry about.
In 30 minutes we will tell you what we would fix first, roughly what it would cost, and whether it is worth doing at all.
